How much does a full renovation cost in Castelldefels, Gavà or Sitges?

An 80–100 m² apartment takes 8 to 12 weeks on site; a house or villa, 14 to 24 weeks depending on size and exteriors. The schedule is written into the contract, with a completion date and agreed compensation for delays.
I live in another country. Can I renovate without coming over?
Yes. More than half of our clients are outside Spain during the works. You receive a video report every Friday, photos at the end of each phase and video calls whenever you want; material samples are posted to your home address and the final handover can be done by video. We work in English, Spanish, Russian, French, Polish and Ukrainian.
Do I need a building permit?
For an interior renovation that doesn't touch the structure, a prior notification or minor works licence from Castelldefels, Gavà or Sitges town hall is usually enough; changes to the façade or structure, or work on listed buildings, need a major works licence and a technical project. We handle the application and the fees.
What does the fixed-price quote include?
Every item, measured: demolition, waste removal, building work, plumbing, electrics, heating and air conditioning, joinery, flooring, tiling, painting, final clean, permits and site management. Materials are listed by brand and model. If you change something during the works, it's quoted separately and signed off before we carry it out.
