Full renovation of an 85 m² apartment.
In central Castelldefels.

A complete renovation of an apartment in an old building: from full demolition to the making of the kitchen and bespoke furniture. In 85 m² we created a contemporary interior with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate dressing room.

Location: Central Castelldefels
Floor area: 85 m²
Layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and dressing room
Type of work: Full renovation with bespoke kitchen and furniture

Living room with open kitchen in a renovated apartment in central Castelldefels: white island, turquoise fish-scale tiles, brick vaults and wooden beams — The island joins the kitchen and the living room under the brick vaults.

New installations and bespoke furniture

During the works we completely replaced the installations, ran new electrical wiring and fitted the lighting. The kitchen and the furniture were made to measure, to use the space as comfortably as possible and to tie all the rooms together with one style.

A kitchen with turquoise scales

The focal point of the kitchen is the turquoise fish-scale tile. Its glossy surface and expressive pattern go with the white fronts, the light worktop and the black tapware. The kitchen island joins the work area with the living and dining room, creating an open space for everyday life.

Brick vaults, beams and light

The interior gets its special character from the combination of brick ceiling vaults and wooden beams with contemporary furniture and track lighting. Different light sources bring out the textures and make it possible to change the mood of the room.

Bespoke work area and storage

Next to the master bedroom, a work area with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and a bespoke desk makes the most of the light from the window. The separate dressing room gathers the home's storage.

Two new bathrooms

Both bathrooms were made new, with wood- and stone-effect tiles, black-framed shower screens, wall-hung vanities and black tapware to match the kitchen.

Hall and utility room

The hall, with a round mirror, a wooden cabinet and two rhinoceros wall lamps, welcomes you into the home. A utility room with a bespoke cupboard completes the service spaces.
