What data we process and why

We process the data you provide through the quote form, WhatsApp, telephone or email: name, telephone number, email address, the town where the property is located and a description of the renovation.

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare the site visit and quote and, if you hire us, manage the works. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, where applicable, performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract for 12 months, and client data for the statutory retention period for contractual and guarantee documentation.

Recipients

We do not pass data to third parties unless legally required. Our hosting and email providers act as data processors. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under its own terms.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to interloftsl@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
